Work on a new Emergency Services Station in the Molonglo Valley has started. The new station will improve access to ambulance and fire and rescue services for the community.
The site is on Cotter Road, between John Gorton Drive and Steve Irwin Avenue.

Progress updates
- Early work on site started in November 2024
- Construction will start in early January 2025
- We expect the station to open in mid-2026
