Projex has been engaged by Housing ACT to build a new 24-apartment development in Denman, ACT.
This new housing development will comprise 24 two-bedroom apartments, 10 class C adaptable and 14 livable gold, all targeting a minimum 7-star efficiency rating. The complex will contain 2 lifts, undercover parking, centralised communal spaces and stone landscape walls throughout.
